SafeRing collects phone numbers, email addresses, and names of designated guardians provided by the user. We
also collect call event data (incoming call state and caller number) from the user's device.How we use it
This information is used solely to send automated safety alerts (SMS, email, and voice calls) to designated
guardians when a potentially suspicious call is detected on the user's device. We do not sell, share, or use
this data for any other purpose.Who receives messages
Only guardians explicitly registered by the user will receive alerts. The user controls who is added or
removed at any time via the SafeRing Hub.Data storage
Data is stored securely on Railway infrastructure. We retain call event and guardian data only as long as
necessary to provide the service.Third-party services
SafeRing uses Twilio for SMS and voice delivery and SendGrid for email delivery. These services receive
recipient phone numbers and email addresses solely to deliver alerts.Contact

By using SafeRing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.2. What SafeRing Does
SafeRing is a personal safety alert service. When an unknown caller is detected on a registered device, the
system automatically notifies designated guardians via SMS, email, and voice call.3. Who May Use SafeRing
SafeRing is intended for personal, non-commercial use to protect elderly or vulnerable individuals. You must
be 18 or older to register as an account holder.4. Guardian Consent
By registering a guardian's phone number and email address, you confirm that the guardian has consented to
receive automated safety alerts from SafeRing on your behalf.5. No Emergency Services
SafeRing is not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call
911. SafeRing does not contact law enforcement or emergency responders.6. Accuracy
SafeRing detects calls from numbers not in the user's contacts. It may generate alerts for legitimate
unknown callers. We make no guarantee of accuracy.7. Service Availability
SafeRing is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Alerts may be delayed or undelivered
due to carrier, network, or service provider conditions outside our control.8. Limitation of Liability
SafeRing and BSKCommunication Partners LLC are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from use of
or inability to use the service, including missed or delayed alerts.9. Data
Use of SafeRing is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SafeRing after changes constitutes acceptance.11. Contact
